Ingrediants:
Carrot - 2
Sugar - 3 spoons
Cashews - 4 -5 nos
Milk - 2 cups
Method:
(i)Peel the carrot & cut it into pieces
(ii)Pressure cook milk & carrot for 10 mins
(iii) Add sugar, cashews to the mixture & grind it
(iv)Serve hot or cold
